Yesterday we met with Ryan, our groupie from PGL, who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the site. We were shown to our rooms and everyone settled in well.
Our first activity was an  orienteering session which involved using a map to explore the site and locate flags of the world, each bearing 3 questions. This was a lot of fun and the children worked as a team to get the answers back to Ryan as soon as possible. We await confirmation of the winning team but the results were very close.
After a delicious dinner in the canteen, we went back to the rooms for a while before setting off for Quiz Night. It was a closely fought competition featuring mixed teams but again we are yet to find out who won due to the unorthodox recording and marking of some teams! Prizes will follow...
A brief room inspection before bed time ensured we were tidy and ready for a quick start this morning, with Zipwire and Aeroball activities to look forward to.
